TacoMex Spicy Chicken Burrito

What makes chicken wraps better? Wrapping them in a tortilla that gives an extra kick! Use TacoMex Burrito Tortillas to give these babies a great punch of flavor.

Total Time: 30 Minutes


6 TacoMex Burrito Tortillas

6 boneless skinless chicken breast

3 cups chicken stock

3 tomatoes, diced

1/2 medium red onion, diced

1 lime, juiced

3 avocado, seeded and diced


Place the chicken breast and chicken stock in a pot or pan with tall sides. Bring to a simmer and poach the chicken for 20 minutes until done. Remove chicken from the stock, cool and cut into strips.

In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, avocado, and lime juice. Set aside until ready to assemble.

Warm the TacoMex Burrito Tortillas in a skillet or in the microwave for 20 seconds. Place the chicken strips in the center of the tortillas and top with salsa. Roll up and enjoy!
