- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 green Pepper, Quartered
- 1/2 orange peel
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Quesadillas:
- 2–3 cups pulled pork
- 8-ounce bag Monterey jack or cheddar jack cheese
- 3 Tacomex burrito flour tortillas
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, for cooking
- 1–2 tablespoons butter, for cooking
- Hot sauce, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream for serving
Directions:
